CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not have hair extensions, scroll 👇 passed this.. 🤎 Hair Extension Policy Due to the time, preparation, and product required for hair extension services, the following policies apply: • A card on file is required to book all extension appointments. • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any hair extension appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service booked. •MORE than 15minutes late = No Show • No-shows for extension appointments will be charged 50% of the service booked. • If a card on file does not successfully process, you will be contacted via text to complete payment. • Unpaid balances must be settled before any future appointments can be booked. These policies allow us to reserve the necessary time, prepare custom products, and respect our artists’ schedules. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 🤍Salon Policies for all other services💥 🧡Appointments, Cancellations & Payments • All appointments require a card on file to book. • All salon services (exception of Extensions, they have own policy 👆)services require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations or reschedules made outside the required notice window will be charged 40% of the service booked. • No-shows will be charged 40% of the service booked. • If your card does not process online, you will receive a text to complete payment. • Unpaid balances must be settled before booking future appointments. Late Policy • Arriving 15 minutes or more late for a color appointment, or 5 minutes or more late for a haircut appointment, will require rescheduling. = No Show • Your card on file will be charged 40% of the service booked, and the appointment will be considered a no-show. 💥Salon Safety & Guest Policies Working with chemicals, needles, and sharp tools means safety is our top priority. • Children are welcome only if receiving hair services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • All clients must utilize the waiting area crowding the workspace is not permitted. • Guests attending appointments without receiving services are asked to remain in their vehicle or outside, as we are a small salon with multiple services happening simultaneously.
